PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow data in a designated area to keep proper arrangement balance against the correction of data in the designated area or the change of an area size. SOLUTION: A document memory 24 stores the data of a base document and its format information and stores the data in the designated area, its format information and information on the position and size of the area. A CPU 11 interpretes/executes a program stored in a storage device 15 or a storage medium 17 and performs following processing. Namely, when the data in the designated area are corrected, the format information in the document memory 24 is changed so that the corrected data are settled within the area. Besides, when the size of the area is changed, the format information is changed so that the arrangement balance of data with the area is almost similar before and after the change. |
