<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the information equipment which can provide adequate working environment for both a right-handed and a left-handed user. SOLUTION: This information equipment has a display panel 15 and a tablet 18 stacked and installed on the plane of an equipment main body and is so constituted that a button 31 for operation indication is displayed on a display panel 15 and when the tablet 18 detects coordinate information corresponding to the display position of the button 31, the process corresponding to the button 31 is performed. A sensor 28 is provided which detects which of the right-handed and left-handed user grips the equipment main body in a hand, and the display position of the button 31 is determined according to the detection result of this sensor 28. Consequently, suitable working environment can be provided for both the right-handed and left-handed user.</p> |
