PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste toner recovering device capable of surely detecting the full of the waste toner container without a malfunction, and replacing while preventing the periphery from being soiled at the replacing time of the waste toner recovering container. SOLUTION: The waste toner recovering container is, provided with the waste toner recovering container 21 in a state of a stable vessel shape with a small capacity shape of a specified capacity (solid line 21a) equipped with an elastic wall 21a permitting elastic deformation and the large capacity shape of the larger capacity than the small capacity shape (chain line 21a), internal pressure detecting means 13 detecting the internal pressure of the waste toner recovering container 21, and a force applying mechanism 24 applying the external force on the elastic wall 21a of the waste toner recovering container, and then the waste toner recovering container is deformed in the state of the large capacity shape from the state of the small capacity shape by the force applying mechanism 24, when the internal pressure of the waste toner recovering container 21 in the state of the small capacity shape becomes equal to or higher than the specified value. |
