PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart dispersion to expression for every character and to form a document with rich individuality by deforming the outline font data for every character according to character deformation information and generating the bit map font data. SOLUTION: A rotating random numbers generation part 11 in a random numbers generation part 4 generates random numbers, and when it inputs them to a rotation angleθcalculation part 13 in a character deformation information processing part 5, a prescribed rotation angleθis obtained as an output. Further, on the other hand, an inclined angleΔcalculation part 14 in the character deformation information processing pat 5 selects an inclined angleΔbased on the random numbers outputted by a tilting random numbers generation part 12 in the random generation part 4. When the character information processing part 5 generates the prescribed character deformative information to output it, it is inputted, to a deformative information overlap part 6 to be overlapped with the character deformative information 18. Then, a pre- processing part 21 of a rasterizer 7 receives the character deformation information, and obtains the product with the outline font data 19 outputted from a font data output part 3, and the final outline font data are obtained.
