PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize wavelength conversion without wavelength dependency while utilizing a merit of injection synchronous type wavelength conversion. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a control circuit 10 inputted with intensity modulated signal light of a wavelength 2s and outputting control light with the wavelengthλi independent of the input wavelength and according to on-off, a first semiconductor laser oscillator 1 injection synchronized with the control light of the wavelengthλi and changing an oscillation wavelength to the wavelengthλi or the wavelengthλc according to the on-off of the control light and a wavelength selection means 2 taking out the output light of the wavelengthλc of the first semiconductor laser oscillator 1 as wavelength conversion light for the signal light of the wavelengthλs.
