PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the cordless telephone set seeking a best speech channel for both a slave set and a master set even under a different radio wave environment and to attain channel connection by using the speech channel quickly after the outgoing and incoming call. SOLUTION: A table of a plurality of speech channels grouped into a plurality of groups is stored in RAMs 15, 25. Then a CPU 16 of a slave set 1 and a CPU 26 of a master set 2 reads one group from the table stored in the RAMs 15, 25 and detect a disturbing radio wave level of all the speech channels included in the read group. Thus, the slave set 1 and the master set 2 are set in the outgoing and incoming waiting state by tusing a speech channel least affected by the disturbing radio wave. |
