<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human being-sensing sensor for a stairway, in which whether a human being exists or not is detected by one sensor in the stairway, a landing and a stairway room and which controls the lighting output of an illumination and to provide a luminaire. SOLUTION: The luminaire 1 is arranged and installed on the wall face of a first landing 12a. The luminaire 1 is constituted of a human being-sensing sensor for a first stairway, which detects the existence of a human being in a stairway part on the upper story side, of a human being-sensing sensor for a second stairway, which detects the existence of a human being in a stairway part on the lower story side of a lamp and of a control part which controls the lighting output of the lamp on the basis of human-body detection signals by the human being-sensing sensors for the first and second stairways. At this time, the human being-sensing sensors for the first and second stairways are provided with detection beams which detect the existence of a human being in a plurality of detection regions. The human-being sensing sensor for the first stirway detects the existence of the human being in the second stairway 11b, the first landing 12a and a second stairway room 13b, and the human-being sensing sensor for the second stairway detects the existence of the human being in the first stairway 11a, the first landing 12a and a first stairway room 13a.</p> |
