<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of the whole of the apparatus and to enable access from the front by providing an automatic document feeder, an upper surface paper discharge tray where printed paper is discharged, and a paper discharge path formed between an image forming apparatus and the upper surface paper discharge tray, thereby transporting the printed paper upward. SOLUTION: A paper sheet 12 which passed through an image forming process to a fixing device 15 by an image forming device 1 is passed through a paper transport path 41 after the end of a fixing process, and then passed through a paper discharge path 40 formed in the vertical direction to be guided to an upper surface paper discharge tray 39 disposed on an automatic document feeder 31 of the uppermost part of a compound apparatus 101 such as an image reader or the like by a paper discharge roller 42 and discharged. By this configuration, the printed paper sheet is discharge onto the upper surface paper discharge tray 39 of the uppermost part of the apparatus, so that a user can conduct operation only by access from the front of the apparatus so as to improve the operability and reduce the size of the whole apparatus.</p> |
