Since a hierarchical menu system registers an arbitrary adjusting item frequently selected by a user as a customized menu in the highest hierarchy of a hierarchical menu and preferentially displays the item at the time of displaying the hierarchical menu, the user can quickly and easily select an intended adjusting item with very simple menu operation.
