<p>A food composition for lowering the body fat content and improving the body composition which comprises 10 to 65 % of protein, 5 to 25 % of fat and 15 to 70 % of hydrocarbon, based on dry weight, and is characterized by being taken before, during and/or after exercise, particularly after the exercise taken before rest; and a method for lowering the body fat content and improving the body composition by the use of the same.</p> |
