FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to blood biochemistry, in part, to low-molecular synthetic inhibitors of thrombosis. Product: imidazole-containing compounds of the general formula- histidine methyl ester dihydrochloride and lauroylhistamine as inhibitors of cathepsin-G-induced platelet aggregation. Proposed inhibitors can be used as reagents for hemostasis control and as pharmacological agents for thrombosis prevention, especially, at infectious and inflammatory diseases. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of inhibitors proposed.
