The invention features a document (8) presentation device (1) comprising a background element (3; 13; 17), and a frame (2) capable of enclosing the background element (3; 13; 17) which comprises one or several fixing elements (9, 10) each containing an element capable of being deformed elastically (20). When the device (1) is in closed position each of these elements exerts a clamping action on the frame (2) securing the document (8).
