<p>A platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) expression inhibitor containing as the active ingredient an antisense oligonucleotide against an arbitrary region of the B chain of PDGF. This agent can inhibit the expression of PDGF and thus prevent or treat various diseases caused by the expression thereof, in particular, lung fibrosis such as fibrous pneumonia.</p> |
