The connector has at least two radially protruding straps (18) which have latching protrusions (22) perpendicular to the straps. The straps are flexible between the latching protrusions and the connection region on the plug connector (10). The latching protrusions engage corresp. latching openings (28) in the component (24) corresp. to the connector when in the assembled position. The straps are arranged in a rotation symmetrical distribution.
