The invention concerns a milling arrangement for milling the welding region of spot-welding electrodes held by an electrode holder. The milling arrangement comprises a tool carrier with at least one milling tool (129), which is mounted therein so as to rotate about a tool axis of rotation, and rotation means for this milling tool, the milling tool (129) being designed with at least one concave holder socket (131, 132), which is substantially concentric to the tool axis of rotation and holds the welding region of the spot-welding electrode, and with a group of milling edges (141-1, 141-2, 141-3, 141-4) in the region of this at least one holder socket (131, 132) for milling the respective weld region. The milling edges (141-1, 141-2, 141-3, 141-4) of the group of milling edges (141-1, 141-2, 141-3, 141-4) are disposed approximately in planes (140-1, 140-2, 140-3, 140-4) in which the tool axis of rotation is located, and are distributed over the periphery of the holder socket (131, 132). The relative position of the welding region and of the holder socket (131, 132) can be varied by the adjusting means of at least one of the electrode holder - tool holder assemblies. Pressing devices are provided for holding the welding region on the respective electrode in milling engagement with the holder socket and the associated milling edge group during milling operations. The milling arrangement is characterized in that the group of milling edges (141-1, 141-2, 141-3, 141-4) comprises at least and preferably four milling edges (141-1, 141-2, 141-3, 141-4).
