Locking clutch arrangement

The clutch arrangement includes a clutch section on an output shaft side (3) and an input shaft side (2), which engage in a casing (1; la, 1b) with a surrounding brake area. A clamping element (4; 4'; 4") contacts with a part of its outside surface area elastically with the brake area, and introduces a force in the casing at a torque over-load of the output shaft side, in such way, that the clutch arrangement blocks. The brake area comprises two ring surface areas (1c; 1d) arranged in an angle to a plane (E) proceeding vertically to the rotation axis (10), whereby the ring surface areas approach each other with increasing distance from the rotation axis. The part of the outside surface area of the clamping element adjacent the brake area is tapered towards its outside.
