The invention discloses an aerodyne featuring vertical take-off and landing, comprising a fuselage (11) with a front end (12) and a rear end (16); a wing (19) mounted on the rear end and supported above the same; a horizontal stabilizer (40) mounted on the front end; two opposite arms (27, 29) which extend laterally relative to the fuselage between the wing and the horizontal tail unit; each arm comprising a distal end with respect to the fuselage, on which is pivotedly mounted a propeller pod (33) bearing a propeller (37) having a rotation axis; and driving means (17) to drive the propellers (37); each propeller being capable of pivoting between a first position in which its rotation axis is approximately horizontal, and a second position in which its rotation axis is approximately vertical. |
