FIELD: medicine, laboratory diagnostics. SUBSTANCE: method deals with microscopy of native urinary residue product to reveal "key cells" - vaginal and urinary tract epithelial cells covered with gramm-variable gardnerellosis agent. Accuracy of the method is 85%, specificity - 90%. Method enables to reveal gardnerellosis hosts and risk groups of female genital neoplasia by a wide-scale inspection of population. EFFECT: simplified detection of both asymptomatic and clinical gardnerellosis hosts in people. |
