FIELD: electrified railways; mounting of compensated and semicompensated catenary suspension systems using mounting rail vehicles. SUBSTANCE: tension of suspension wires is preset with due account of wire temperature and their nominal tension at average annual temperature calculated by formulas:where T, T- tension of carrier cable and contact wire at mounting, N; T, T- nominal tension of carrier cable and contact wire at average annual temperature, N; α, α- coefficients of linear thermal elongation of carrier cable and contact wire, 1/C;. E, E- moduli of elongation of carrier cable and contact wire, Pa. S, S- cross section area of carrier cable and contact wire, m;; t, t- contact wire temperature at mounting and average annual temperature, C. Thermal increment in contact wire length to its length at average annual temperature is compensated by increment in length with opposite sign owing to change in resilient elongation of wires by setting of tensions T, Tdiffering from nominal tensions T, T. This provides for mounting brackets, registration and steady arms and droppers in vertical planes perpendicular to track axis. EFFECT: increased capacity of mounting at temperatures differing from average annual temperatures. 1 cl, 4 dwg |
