The head consists of two spool carrier shafts (3,5) which are built into a holder (11) which can swivel around a central point (12). The latter unit lies opposite a mechanism which determines the passage of the film to be fed. Pressure devices are provided to connect the films and are formed by a set of movable rollers driven by a cylinder, and fixed rollers located opposite. A cutting unit is provided to separate the film to be removed.
