The flap (1) is rotatable about an axis (2) and contains an integral drive element (4). It has at least one axial holding pocket for the drive element, which has a rotationally fixed part (6) attached to a housing wall (10) bounding the air duct and a rotatable part (5) which engages the holding pocket. The rotatable part is a shape-locking fit in the holding pocket. The rotationally fixed part can rotate in the pocket and engages the housing wall via latching elements. (9) The drive element is an electric motor, esp. a stepper motor.
