Power recovery apparatus for plasma display panel

A power recovery apparatus for PDP has a positive voltage charging/discharging part for charging a positive voltage and discharging the charged positive voltage to a discharge electrode during next positive voltage discharge, a negative voltage charging/discharging part for charging a negative voltage and discharging the charged negative voltage to a discharge electrode during next negative voltage discharge, and a controller for controlling input of voltage and charge/discharge of the positive/negative voltage charging/discharging part. By the power recovery apparatus, applying negative voltage to the PDP is in effect so that efficient use of power is enhanced.
