The temperature sensor is manufactured by applying a metal thin-film resistance layer (1) applied to an electrically insulating ceramics substrate (2), together with associated contact surfaces (3,4) and covered by an electrically insulating protection layer, the contact surfaces directly coupled to respective conductor paths (5,5'). The thin-film resistance layer is applied in the form of a paste and is adhered to the surface of the temperature resistant substrate by heat treatment at a temperature of 1000 degrees C. |
