Thermosetting filler structure according to the persent invention includes filter foam(2) supporting a side of the foamed body(1), and adhesive layer(3). The foamed body(1) is composed of elestomer, filler, foaming agent and bridge agent. The filter foam(2) is composed of polyester polyol and isocyanate, and porosity of which is 100 to 10 ppi(pore per inch). The volume of the filter foam(2) is 5-30% of the foamed body(1) and continous air-generating rate is more than 50%. The adhesive layer(3) is composed of butyle rubber, filler, and a small quantity of peroxide. The triple-structure filler is heated about 130-190 deg.C for 15-16 minutes in oder to foam.
