The apparatus for adjusting focus and image matching action simultaneously with single motor includes a single guide groove(12) formed on a base plate(10), a trajectory groove(14) placed along both side of the guide groove with constant distance, a support means(18) supporting a pair of lens housng(16), a transfer means(20) linked to the support means and moving along the grooves, and a drive means(26) having a motor and gear to give moving power. The both of focusing and image matching could be adjusted could be adjusted by driving the lens housing within predetermined trajectory.
