PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent foreign matters from sticking on the surface of a recording medium substrate by providing a closing member for closing a clearance in the first clearance and/or a punch provided between an eject member and the first arranging hole and the second clearance provided between it and the second arranging hole. SOLUTION: In a movable mold 4, the first eject member 15 is freely movably provided in the axial direction in the first arranging hole 16 and a clearance is provided between them. A closing member 18 for closing freely on/off it is fitted in this clearance 17. One end part of this closing member 18 is fitted on a recessed part 20 provided on the peripheral wall 19 of the movable mold 4 side. In addition, as the closing member 18, a thin long sheet is used by winding it and when a compressed air is fed in the right direction, an opening part 22 on the bottom end is opened and it is entered in a cavity 6. Then, when a synthetic resin material 7 is filled in the cavity 6, as the clearance 17 is closed with the closing material 18, there exists no possibility of entering excess synthetic resin material 7 in the clearance. |
