<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture removing device capable of surely and efficiently removing the moisture by adsorption even when the moisture is incorporated in gas in various states such as saturated steam or in a form of mist. SOLUTION: The moisture is absorbed by a hydrophobic membrane 45 even when moisture content is much more than the estimated value by arranging a first moisture removing part 41 having the hydrophobic membrane 45 large in water absorption capacity at the front side of a boosting passage of a gas boosting supply device for boosting the gas by a compressor connected in plural steps and a second moisture removing part 41 having a moisture absorbent 16 at the rear side thereof.</p> |
