PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copper alloy resistance wire for electrofusion joint, for use in the fusion welding of a polyethylene tube. SOLUTION: This wire is composed of a copper alloy which has a composition consisting of, by weight, 10-20% Ni, 0.51-4.0% Fe, 0.0001-0.002% oxygen, and the balance Cu with inevitable impurities and further containing, if necessary, 0.01-0.7% Mn or 0.01-1% Si. |
