PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a transgenic mouse, created by transducing an exogenote capable of expressing a human growth hormone and capable of expressing a human growth hormone gene in a mammary gland and mass-producing the human growth hormone in a porcine milk at a low cost. SOLUTION: This transgenic mouse is created by transducing an exogenote such as a fused gene, capable of expressing a human growth hormone and prepared by bonding a human growth hormone gene to the downstream side of a region for controlling the expression of a bovine α S1 casein gene and is capable of expressing the human growth hormone in a mammary gland.
