PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare the subject sheet, enabling the easy performance of salt processing mainly of a fishery product such as raw salmon without losing taste by homogeneously dispersing and attaching a specified amount of salt on a water-absorbing fiber sheet. SOLUTION: A specified amount of salt is homogeneously dispersed and attached on a water-absorbing fiber sheet such as paper or a nonwoven fabric. Salting processing can be performed only by bringing a food to be processed into contact with the sheet for salt processing in a constant temperature state at a relatively low temperature for a specified period of time. A drying process is not needed on the salt processing, and the an excellent processed product having firm meat can be obtained.
