PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reserve seedling supplying structure effective for reducing the labor for the supply of reserve seedling from a reserve seedling container to a transplanter and producible at a low cost. SOLUTION: A reserve seedling transfer rail C is made to be extensible between a reserve seedling container A and a transplanter B by attaching an engaging tool 6 to the reserve seedling delivery port 5 of the reserve seedling container A placed out of a field in a state holding a number of reserve seedlings 3 and attaching a supporting part 9 to the transplanter B working in the field. The reserve seedling transfer rail C is provided with a braking mechanism D to apply a sliding resistance to the reserve seedling 3 sliding on the reserve seedling transfer rail C when the vertical inclination angleθof the rail exceeds a preset angleθa.
