The apparatus horizontally protudes the multi-stepped rods by lengthening or shortening the rods. It comprises one air hole(3) formed on a side of a casing(2) for shortening the rods; the other air hole(4) formed at a center of a fixed plate for lenthening the rods; a 1st expandable rod(5) installed in the center of the casing with both ends covered by O rings(6,6'); a 2nd expandable rod(7) installed at an outside of the 1st rod(5) with both ends covered by O rings(8,8'); a 3rd expandable rod(9) installed at an outside of the 1st rod(7) with both ends covered by O rings(10,10'); air discharge holes(11,12) formed in the 2nd and 3rd rod(11,12).
