PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for efficiently removing fly waste in a nonwoven fabric producing machine of a needle-punch type. SOLUTION: This apparatus is equipped with a stripper plate 21 having bored needle insertion holes 21a of the same arrangement as that of needles 9a on the top of a needle board 9 planted with the needles under a web W, a bed plate 22 having bored needle insertion holes 22a of the same arrangement at the upper side and a box shaped body 23 having a hermetically built-in filter 26 at the back of the bed plate. The box shaped body 23 is connected through a duct 24 to an exhauster 25. Fly waste occurring in punching is ridden on the flow of air sucked by the exhauster, drawn in the needle insertion holes and stuck to the filter. The filter is removed and cleaned outside the machine. The fly waste can be efficiently removed by small power. |
