PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the holding of the posture of a movable-side dimming member and the improvement in stopping position precision at low cost in a light shielding device having a pair of dimming members formed of a fixed member and a movable member. SOLUTION: A dimming member 26 is fixed within a transparent case, and a dimming member 27 is superposed and arranged in such a manner as to be slidable in a required direction to the fixed side dimming member 26. The movable-side dimming member 27 is moved by a pair of driving mechanisms having a stepping motor. This device has a driving member fixed to the output shaft of the stepping motor and having an engagement pin part protruded thereon, a cam hole 42a for inserting the output shaft side of the stepping motor and engagingly locking the driving member in both end positions of the moving range of the movable-side dimming member 27, and a driven member fixed to the movable-side dimming member 27 and having a cam groove for inserting the engagement pin. |
