摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser beam irradiation equipment free from temperature rise in irradiation parts and difficult to generate the change in the focal point by using a laser beam irradiation lens barrel at least a part of which is made of optically transparent material in a means to focus the laser beam at the prescribed position. SOLUTION: In a laser beam irradiation parts, an optical fiber 2 is fixed to an optical fiber supporting body 4H integrated with a lens barrel 4. The optical fiber supporting body 4H is made of an aluminum alloy or the like which is not transparent, but it may be transparent. At least a part of the lens barrel 4 is made of optically transparent glass, and a nozzle 7 is made of transparent material with excellent workability such as acrylic resin. Because the temperature rise of parts due to the radiation heat associated with emission of the laser beam becomes small, deformation of the lens barrel 4 and the lens 5 becomes small. As a result, the focal point of the laser beam is not changed, and a laser beam welded part or laser beam machined part with stable dimensions such as depth and width of the weld penetration and with sound quality can be obtained.
