In case of a regular revolution, a ball bearing(30b) is allowed to move downward and rotate with a small radius of arc(R1), in case of a reverse revolution, a slide hole(21) of long hole is formed on the free frame of the first crank arm(20) so that it may be allowed to move upward and rotate with a large radius of arc(R2) to be declined with the angle(theta) fixed on the central line(CL) of the direction of the length of the arm(20). An up-and-down guide ring plate(31) connected with the both sides of the first crank arm by a sliding is formed on the ball bearings, respectively so that it may be installed to be slided to the slide hole and not to be seceded from it. In case of the regular revolution of a wiper motor, the ball bearing makes a rotary motion with a small radius of arc and lets a linkage connector make a reciprocating motion and a fluctuating motion because it moves downward with the guidance of a slide hole.
