INVERSION METHOD AND DEVICE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To invert a material and a member stably and prevent their damage. SOLUTION: A support wall part 12 like square cylinder is journaled by a shaft 13 by using a planlike support face 18 on one side face as the vertical direction in such a manner that it can turn in a pedestal part 4 movable in a frame 2 in such a manner that it can travel. A drive means 16 which turns the support wall part 12 to the opposite side to the support face 18 is provided in the pedestal part 4. A planlike hold face 33 supports a base 32 having the hold face 33 on its top face in substantially horizonal direction on the shaft 13 in such a manner that it can turn upward. A turn means 34 which turns the base 32 is provided in the support wall part 12. A detection means 24 which detects the contact of a material 23 to be inverted is provided on the support face 18 of the support wall part 12. The base 32 on which the material 23 is carried in and put on the hold face 33 thereof is turned by driving the turn means 34. The material 23 comes into contact with the detection means 24, and the drive of the turn means 34 is stepped to drive the drive means. By supporting the material 23 by the support face 18 of the support wall part 12 and the hold face 33 of the base 32 stably, the support wall part 12 and the base 32 are turned integrally to invert the material.
