PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a exhaust smoke purifying device to simplify structure through the elimination of a moving mechanism, perform automatic regulation of a water quantity according to the increase and the decrease of an exhaust amount of exhaust smoke, and besides eliminate the need to separately feed water to mix exhaust smoke. SOLUTION: A smoke and water mixing part B and a storage water atmosphere release part C are connectd to a cooling water circulation routeαto circulate cooling water to cool an engine, and a nozzle 32 to inject and mix exhaust smoke from an engine in cooling water; and an outflow pipe 30 is provided to efect outflow of cooling water after mixture to the cooling water circulation routeα. The nozzle 32 fronts on the interior of the inflow port 30a of the outflow port 30 and cooling water is caused to flow in the outflow pipe 30 along with the injection of exhaust smoke through the nozzle 32.
