PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a good mold releasing property for a long period of time, and reproduce the mold foundation material without making defects to the mold foundation material at the time when the mold releasing property is lowered. SOLUTION: A composite plated skin film 4 having fluorine contained resin particles in the nickel matrix 2 in an eutectoid-dispersed manner is formed on the cavity surface of a mold and, furthermore, fluorine contained resin is applied and heated on the composite plated skin film 4, thus forming a fluorine contained resin layer 5 put together with fluorine contained resin exposed on the composite plated skin film 4. In this process, high qualified golf balls can be manufactured for a log period of time. |
