PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strip-like structure extremely good in the adhesiveness of a coating material and a metal wire and excellent in safety. SOLUTION: A strip-like structure is obtained by coating a metal wire having flexibility with a flexible coating material 3 prepared by mixing 0.1-40 pts.wt. of an ethylene copolymer of an unsaturated org. acid or a derivative thereof to 100 pts.wt. of a mixed resin consisting of 50-100 pts.wt. of low density polyethylene and 0-50 pts.wt. of high density polyethylene.
