PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To machine a plastic corrugated plate containing glass net into a ridge plate having the good appearance by heating the plastic corrugated plate containing glass net, pressing a cylindrical roll in the orthogonal direction to this corrugated part and bending it, and forming a projection streak at a position which corresponds to a top part position of a corrugated inclined part. SOLUTION: A plastic corrugated plate 10 containing glass net in which a glass net is embedded between upper and lower plastic sheets is heated, and a cylindrical roll 40 is pressed and bent in the orthogonal direction to a corrugated part of the corrugated plate 10 to form a ridge part 11 in the shape of semi-circular arc and form corrugated and inclined parts 12, 12 which descend obliquely from the ridge part 11. In this way, a projection streak 11a is formed at a position which corresponds to a top part position 12a of the corrugated plate of the corrugated and inclined part 12 in the ridge part 11 in the shape of semi-circular arc. As the glass net, such a glass net which keeps shape and is bonded in a pressure-contact condition in a cross section of a multiple layer strand and a single layer strand is used. |
