摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composition excellent in pressure resistance and heat resistance by specifying the propylene content, the crystalline melting point, the tensile modulus, the intrinsic viscosity and the content of n-decane solubles and to obtain a molding excellent in handleability, rigidity, low-temperature properties, etc. SOLUTION: A solid titanium catalyst component is mixed with an organoaluminum compound catalyst component and optionally an organosilicon compound catalyst. An olefin and the catalyst components are added to an inert hydrocarbon solvent, the olefin is prepolymerized under gentle conditions and then subjected to the main polymerization to obtain a butene/propylene copolymer having a propylene content of above 1mol% to below 10mol%, a crystalline melting point (Tm1 deg.C) satisfying formula I (wherein C is the propylene content (mol%)) as measured differential scanning calorimetry, a tensile modulus E satisfying formula II (C is as defined in formula I), an intrinsic viscosity [η]of 1-5dl/g, a content a (wt.%) of n-decane solubles satisfying formula III (wherein C is as defined informula I) and a low-temperature embrittlement temperature of -33 deg.C or below and an Mw/Mn ratio of 3-10.
