<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject molded form effectively utilizing an industrial waste material, light weighted, excellent in impact resistance and heat resistance, and useful as a tubular passage for laying a cable by blending cut pieces of a carpet cloth and a flyash with a main material. SOLUTION: This light weight synthetic resin molded form excellent in heat resistance and impact resistance is obtained by blending (A) a thermoplastic synthetic resin as a main material with (B) cut pieces of a carpet cloth and (C) a flyash preferably each of the latter two components within a range of 10-30wt.%. Further, it is preferable to use a reclaimed resin produced by using recovered synthetic resin products as main raw materials, for a part or the whole part of the component (A), and also use recovered waste used materials cut into pieces having approximately 3-5mm length, etc., as the component (B).</p> |
