PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the dragging of a brake to reduce the abrasion of a disk rotor, and also to prevent the occurrence of judder. SOLUTION: A fist type disk brake is constituted so that two pins 3 and 4, protruded from a pair of calipers 2 having a piston to be inserted into the holes 1a and 1b of a torque member 1, can be nearly parallel to the rotation spindle of a disk rotor 6 respectively, and can be arranged vertically. In this case, a distance L2 from the lower end 5d of the friction surface 5c of an outer side brake pad 5 to a lower side pin 4, is made longer than a distance L1 from the upper end 5e of the friction surface 5c of the brake pad 5 to the upper pin 3.
|
