<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool water inside a tank and to quickly reach a set temperature after change by operating a compressor until a water temperature inside the tank becomes the set temperature after the change in the case that the setting of the set temperature is changed to a low temperature side in a warm water operation. SOLUTION: In a controller 23, whether the setting of a changeover switch 17 is a cold water operation or the warm water operation is judged first. In the case of judging that it is the cold water operation, whether or not the water temperature inside the tank 2 is higher than a required cooling temperature is judged, and in the case of YES, the compressor 9 is operated. On the other hand, in the case of judging that it is the warm water operation, whether or not the detection temperature of the water temperature inside the tank 2 is lower than a required heating temperature in the warm water operation is judged, and in the case of YES, a heater 7 is operated and the compressor 9 is stopped. Then, in the case that water temperature setting by a water temperature setting switch 20 is changed to the low temperature side, the compressor 9 is operated, the water inside the tank 2 is cooled and the water temperature of the set temperature after the change is quickly reached.</p> |
