<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic bottle which does not indent or deform even at the time of pressure reduction after hot packing by providing an H-shaped rib structure by combining a rib in the lateral direction and a rib in the longitudinal direction, on a flat surface of the body part which is formed into a square shape. SOLUTION: An H-shaped rib structure 9, for which a recessed groove form rib 91 in the lateral direction and a rib 92 in the longitudinal are combined, is arranged between patterns 8, 8 for reinforcement, which work as a decoration as well, being formed on a flat surface 5 on a body part 4 of a bottle 1. By doing so, the central part of the flat surface 5 of the body part 4 can be reinforced in both lateral and longitudinal directions, and especially by the ribs 92, 92 in the longitudinal direction which are formed so as to be adjacent to posts 6, 6 being arranged on both sides of the body part 4, the shape retaining rigidity in the longitudinal direction of an intermediate part of the body part 4, is drastically improved. Also, by the rib 91 in the lateral direction, which is formed such as bridging between both ribs 92, 92 in the longitudinal direction, the shape retaining rigidity in the lateral direction is drastically improved as well, and a local recessed deformation at the central part of the body part 4 due to a negative pressure, can be effectively prevented from generating.</p> |
