<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the grip by forming a pair of mounting leg parts on the right and left formed in a U shape when viewed on a plan out of a pipe material and a grip part integrally and forming a rugged part for hand application integrally in the grip part by bulge machining. SOLUTION: A handle 10 for hand application consisting of a pair of mounting leg parts 11 on the right and left and a grip part 12 is formed integrally, and a rugged part 13 for hand application in the wavy shape is integrally formed on an inner face side of the grip part 12. Next, in the formation of the rugged part 13 for hand application, a bulge mold 16 having an upper mold 14 provided with a wavy rugged mold 17 for forming the rugged part 13 for hand application and a lower mold 15 is used. A pipe material 18 is stored in the bulge mold 16, the upper mold 14 and the lower mold 15 are clamped to feed high pressure liquid into the pipe material 18 under pressure, and a part of a peripheral face of the pipe material 18 is swelled in accordance with the rugged mold 17 to form the rugged part 13 for hand application. Consequently, a hand does not slide when it is applied on the rugged part 13 and it is possible to grip it surely.</p> |
