PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function to correct a defect in the transport of a web for high accuracy processing by entering a transport signal from a means for generating a transport signal and a registering mark signal from a registering mark detecting means into a control means and outputting an operating amount to a drive means for driving a processing means independently. SOLUTION: A controller 12 compares the number of pulses generated in the detection period of a registering mark detected by a registering mark sensor 17 to the reference number of pulses to generate an operating amount in compliance with the difference between both numbers of pulses. When a web 8 is stretched and contracted by an action environmental factor such as tension variation, the number of pulses to be output from a means for generating a transport signal varies between the registering marks. The operation of a crosswise perforating cylinder 6 is based on an operating pattern, and the operating pattern is synchronized with the pulse. Therefore, the variation of the number of pulse triggers a variation in the operation of the crosswise perforating cylinder 6. Accordingly, the varied number of pulses is compared to the reference number of pulses and the operating amount is generated in compliance with the comparison difference, so that the operating pattern does not vary. |
