PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fine plasma jet stream, heighten the degree of freedom of a shape and to enable low-cost manufacture by forming a cylindrical nozzle for guiding and jetting gas to be also used as a plasma generating electrode. SOLUTION: The outline of a hand piece 20 is made easy to be gripped, and the hand piece comprises an insulating material 22 where a gas introduction hole 22a is formed along the shaft center, and a cylindrical conductive material 21 which is coaxially fixed to the forward end thereof and used both as a cylindrical nozzle and an electrode. A through hole 21a extended along the shaft center of the cylindrical conductive material 21 communicates with the gas introduction hole 22a, a high-voltage cable 24 is buried in the insulating material 22, and the high-voltage cable 24 is electrically connected to the cylindrical conductive material 21. A tube 25 fitted to the rear end part of the hand piece 20 is connected to a gas cylinder, gas from the gas cylinder is jetted from the tip of the cylindrical conductive material 21 to the living body, a high-voltage power supply is connected to the high-voltage cable 24 to apply high voltage to the cylindrical coductive material 21, thereby making gas jetted to the living body plasma. |
