PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify absorption of active ingredients contained in Chinese medicine extract into a body and neutralize specific sense of incompatibility by neutralization with taste of raw material rice and facilitate drinking of Chinese medicine extract by immersing a pharmacodynamic ingredient contained in the Chinese extract into processed cooked rice. SOLUTION: This health rice is obtained through a primary process for immersing a raw material rice into Chinese extract, secondary process for providing cooked rice by steaming or cooking the rice after immersing and tertiary process for drying the cooked rice.
